Sect. 1. General Rules

Article 1 Purpose.

This Agreement shall be provided for the use, conditions and procedures of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided by the website operated by the Maxpeed (hereinafter referred to as the "c
ompany") and other matters necessary for use.


Article 2 Effectiveness and Change of Terms 

(1) The terms and conditions shall become effective by disclosing them to the members.
(2) The company shall notify the change of circumstances and important business reasons through the company's online notice, and the changed terms and conditions shall take effect in the same manner as the preceding 
paragraph.

Article 3 Terms and Conditions and other regulations

If the matters not specified in these terms and conditions are stipulated in the relevant laws and regulations, they shall be followed.

Chapter 2 Registering Membership and Using Services

Article 4 Establishing a contract for use

(1) A service contract shall be entered into upon the user's request with the approval of the use of the company and the consent of the user's terms and conditions.
(2) Membership registration shall be carried out by their own admission.
(3) After signing up, a member ID and password are given to the manager's approval, and the member service can be received using them.
(4) The company may arbitrarily expel or delete the following members:

1 When an application is made using the name of another company
2 When falsely stating the details of the application for a service contract
3 When false or false information is provided.

Article 5 User's Obligation

(1 The user is responsible for the management of ID and password.
(2) After obtaining the legitimate approval after the corporate customer approval procedure, the corporate customer is responsible for the management of all services provided.
(3) A member shall comply with the terms and conditions and the provisions of the relevant statutes.

Chapter 3 Using Services

Article 6 Restrictions on the Use of Services

The company terminates the service contract without prior notice if a member commits any of the following acts:
Alternatively, the service use may be suspended for a fixed period of time.

(1) In the event that it goes against public order and customs,
(2) Where it is related to a criminal act;
(3) Where using services for the purpose of undermining national or social public interests;
(4) In the case of stealing another person's ID number and password,
(5) In the event of damaging or penalizing another person's honor;
(6) In the event that it hinders the sound use of a service, such as inflicting harm on the service;
(7) Any other violation of the relevant statutes or the conditions of use prescribed by the company;

Article 7 Procedure for canceling the restriction on use

(1 When the company intends to limit the use by the regulations, the reason, date, and period are determined and notified through written, telephone, or site posting methods.
However, this shall not apply when the company determines that it is necessary to urgently suspend the use.
(2) If it is confirmed that the reason for suspension of use has been resolved during the period of suspension of use, the company shall immediately cancel the suspension of use.

Chapter 4 Contract Change 

Article 8 Changes of Contracts

When the company terminates the service, it shall change/cancel the service contract by telephone or through the site.

Chapter 5 Providing Information

(1) The company may provide the user with various methods, such as e-mail or letter mail, for various information deemed necessary by the member while using the service.
(2) Materials provided by members shall be jointly owned by Maxpeed.

Chapter 6 Compensation for damages. Supplementary provisions

Article 10 Compensation for damages

If the Company is notified of the damage caused by the user's failure to use the entire service due to the company's fault, the user has been notified of the fact to the Company, or if the status continues continuously for mor
e than 24 hours from the date the Company notices, it Is responsible for compensation for user claims.

Article 11 Disclaimer

(1) If the company is unable to provide services due to natural disasters or force majeure, the company is exempted from responsibility for providing services.
(2) The company shall be exempted from responsibility for the service use disorder caused by the cause attributable to the member.
(3) The company shall avoid responsibility for the reliability or accuracy of information provided through the service network provided by the company.
(4) The company shall be exempted from responsibility for the information, data, reliability, and accuracy of the information posted by the members in the service.

Article 11 Jurisdiction Court

When a lawsuit is filed against a dispute arising from the use of services, etc., the court having jurisdiction over the location of the head office of the company shall be the competent court.

Article 1 Effective Date

1. This Agreement shall enter into force on December 29, 2003.
